Obtaining a Dog License in Acton
A Dog License can be obtained or renewed through the Town Clerk. Fill out a Dog License Application and bring it, along with a copy of a Rabies certificate, to the Town Clerk’s Office, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Animal Control
Acton has several bylaws regarding dog licenses and animal control. If you wish to report a nuisance, please call the Police Department at (978) 264-9638 and ask to contact the Dog Officer.
